If for any reason an item is sent to you or the item you receive develops a fault email email@example.com
stating the fault with the item. We will then check the item, if the fault is a manufacture or on our behalf, we will send you another item for free, credit your Miss Unique account or give you full refund. So you are up to date, we will send you an email confirming the action up to 7 days to be we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition.
Any refunds will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and let you know via email.
In all cases, the items returned must be kept in their original condition. All goods must be inspected on return and pay any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
